Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, but the rooms were not soundproof and felt quite basic with limited space between the bed and TV. The service, especially from Kinan, Mohammed, Ressul, and all the employees, was exceptional. Dining was excellent, with great options nearby, but the rooms could use some renovation.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but in need of renovation as the walls were peeling. The shower was surprisingly small, and the faucets felt like those of a narrow kitchen. The hotel fell short of the 4-star standard I expected. I struggled with the room temperature and had issues with a smoky smell and a non-working telephone, making me question its comfort.
The hotel's rooms were a bit tired and showed signs of age, with peeling walls and outdated amenities. I encountered a shower and faucets that were surprisingly small, reminiscent of a kitchen setup rather than a 4-star hotel standard. I also faced challenges reaching reception due to a confusing phone system. Despite the initial room issues, the second room had a cleanliness concern with a large cockroach on the second night, and a lingering smell of drainage was present.
The hotel has a beautiful sea view and comfortable rooms, but the air conditioning was not working well. The service was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and near popular streets. Dining was delicious, although the breakfast starts a bit late. Overall, a great stay with some minor room issues.
The hotel offers a very good breakfast but may fall short in justifying the high price tag. The rooms were mostly comfortable, though some issues with temperature regulation were present. The location is excellent, near a vibrant shopping street. Service was friendly and efficient, particularly notable staff members. Some investment in facilities would enhance the overall experience.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the sea promenade and lively Baghdad Street, close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated, but some may have issues like broken shower doors. The breakfast is excellent, though the overall value for money may be questioned.
